Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades on active construction sites
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Complete daily cleanup and waste management tasks
- Support project teams with physical labor as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
