Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Perform manual labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Complete daily project tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
