Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic site preparation duties such as digging, tamping, or cleaning debris.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
