Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and adapt to daily task priorities
- Support concrete work, demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in team-based projects with a positive, collaborative attitude
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and maintain safety standards
