Responsibilities
- Assist crew members with various construction tasks, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of experienced foremen.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to work sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe job site.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project supervisors.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance duties to ensure a professional appearance.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- No prior construction experience is required for this entry-level position.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
