Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (demolition, excavation, material handling)
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily task assignments under supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic physical strength (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with positive attitude
