Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Participate in team-based construction projects with clear daily objectives
- Complete daily timesheets and report equipment/safety concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
