Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and construction tasks
- Safely load/unload materials and operate basic hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and other equipment
- Adapt to diverse weather conditions and project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
