Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Materials: Safely transport and organize construction materials on the job site.
- Assist Skilled Trades: Support carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring areas are safe.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Demolition Support: Assist in tearing down structures and removing waste materials.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: On-the-job training is provided for all new hires.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor outdoors.
- Reliable Attendance: Must be punctual and available to work a full schedule.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred (for site travel).
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal instructions clearly.
- Work Ethic: Motivated to learn and grow within the construction industry.
