Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under OSHA guidelines
- Install/assemble scaffolding and temporary structures
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and layout tasks
- Document progress via daily logs and quality checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience
- Availability for 10-hour shifts (6PM-4:30AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
