Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Perform basic digging, troweling, and cleaning duties.
- Operate simple construction equipment (dumpsters, pallet jacks) as directed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
