Your Role
As a Construction Laborer, you will be the backbone of our projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help build residential and commercial structures.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
