Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform light demolition and site cleanup as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
