Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure job site.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we welcome first-time applicants.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
