Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform site preparation including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Follow instructions from project managers and foremen to ensure project milestones are met.
- Handle waste removal and debris cleanup efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
