Responsibilities
- Assist construction crews with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Ensure all work areas are clean and debris-free at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Valid government-issued ID and social security card.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Detroit and surrounding areas.
