Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and projects.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Unload and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide all training.
