Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging, or performing other manual tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Equipment Support: Operate or assist with basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high standards of site cleanliness and safety by following all OSHA regulations and company protocols.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, with various tasks.
- Reporting: Communicate any safety hazards or material shortages to management immediately.
Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
