Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervisor guidance
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist skilled trades with material staging and equipment setup
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain project standards
- Document daily progress and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool operation knowledge
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
