Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Help with concrete finishing, framing, or drywall installation as needed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are returned to the proper storage area after use.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
