Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks and material preparation.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, trash sorting, and sweeping.
- Measure, cut, and prepare lumber and other building materials to specifications.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely.
- Support project timelines by working efficiently and effectively as part of a crew.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
