Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of job sites.
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles or carts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on-site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
