Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, and painting tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and assist with concrete pouring as directed.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; full on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
