Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools (on-the-job training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general cleanup duties, digging, and hauling materials.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
