Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials on-site.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Ensure all work areas comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or site diagrams when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; training is provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
