Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites before work begins.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Tool Operation: Learn to operate power tools and hand tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- General Labor: Perform physical tasks such as digging, hauling, lifting, and cleaning work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Support Skilled Trades: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires. A willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
