Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, pouring concrete, or framing.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (if certified) to aid in project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and site plans under supervision.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from work locations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not always required.
