Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage yards.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
