Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, carpenters, and plumbers, with various tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and skid steers, after proper certification.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of temporary structures and scaffolding.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends if necessary.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
