Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and general labor duties.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials (lumber, drywall, bricks) carefully and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout when necessary.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from work areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols strictly.
