Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cleaning, and securing of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads, foremen, and other team members to ensure project flow.
- Help in general carpentry, framing, and finishing tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
