Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow instructions from project supervisors and safety officers.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor.
- Basic math skills and ability to read instructions.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; training will be provided.
