- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and framers) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available for full-time schedules with guaranteed weekly pay.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
