Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate power tools and hand tools in accordance with safety regulations.
- Clean and maintain the job site to ensure a clutter-free and safe workspace.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans under supervision.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn new techniques.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
