Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to ensure code compliance
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Document work activities and maintain accurate project records
- Assist in upgrading and modernizing existing electrical infrastructure
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Electrician Trainee certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored apprenticeship program
