Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials according to blueprints.
- Assist in rough framing, drywall hanging, or general site preparation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
