Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and marking areas.
- Follow all safety regulations and site instructions to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform general labor duties including mixing concrete, sanding, and painting as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures (OSHA preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available to work full-time hours.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
