Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning areas and setting up barriers.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a professional workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
