Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials for use at construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to perform basic tasks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various duties.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Transport tools and equipment from storage to the work area.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be willing to work a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
