Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywall, or concrete work.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols strictly.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior construction experience is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
