Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in material handling, site preparation, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs
- Participate in night shift operations for commercial/residential projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurement
