Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, site plans, and diagrams.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and warehouses.
- Perform site preparation, including concrete setting and demolition cleanup.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
