Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials on-site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when required.
- Participate in daily site briefings and safety meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and at various heights.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
