Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific guidelines strictly.
- Perform general site cleanup and prepare areas for construction activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- Must be available for full-time hours, including potential overtime.
