Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and performing site preparation.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on concrete.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- No criminal record or felony convictions (background check required).
