Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and loading materials on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities as directed by the foreman.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Mix concrete and prepare surfaces for finishing.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
