Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to complete assigned duties.
- Maintain a safe and organized work site, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials accurately.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not mandatory.
