Responsibilities
- Execute site prep, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety toolbox meetings
- Support concrete forming, framing, and finishing work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to multiple job sites
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
