Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
