Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, or electrical tasks as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Mix concrete and prepare building materials for delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and move them to the job site.
- Complete daily site clean-up and maintain a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in skilled trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical) is preferred but not required for entry-level.
